my kids are 7,5 and 2. we just bought the 4 day florida resident tickets. The plan is to go 2 days to Magic Kingdom. One day to Hollywood studios( Star Warts weekend) and Either one day to Epcot or Animal Kingdom. what parks would be best?

    Hi Natalia,

Congratulations on your Walt Disney World vacation! One of my favorite times to visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth" is during Star Wars Weekends.

Although I personally love Disney's Animal Kingdom Park and Epcot, I would recommend Disney's Animal Kingdom Park for your family, based on the ages of your children. I have found that my children seem to appreciate Epcot more when they reach the preteen years. There's nothing quite like seeing real giraffes and other exotic animals on Kilimanjaro Safaris, watching the amazing Festival of the Lion King show or braving the Yeti on Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain, which are all unique experiences you will find at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. The Boneyard, a fossil-themed playground, is a fun pastime for toddlers and school-age children. I found this area to be a lifesaver when traveling with my twin toddlers, who were just itching to get out of the stroller and play. Years ago, my family would try to experience Disney's Animal Kingdom Park in half a day, in order to incorporate a second theme park that afternoon. On recent visits, we have taken our time to fully explore all of the areas within the park, and we now find a full day is needed to truly experience all that this beautiful park has to offer.

I hope this helps with your decision. Please don't hesitate to write us back with any additional vacation planning questions. Best wishes for a magical trip, Natalia!

    Happy Planning!
