For 2019, are kids under 3 still allowed in free to Mickeys scary Halloween?

    Dear Betsy,

I'm so glad that you decided to stop by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!

The great news is that yes, your child ages 2 or under can have all of the fun and not-so-scary thrills of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party without having to purchase a party ticket for them! It is such a fun evening for the whole family, but be sure to bring your comfy stroller so that you can put them down for a rest when they tire midway through!

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
