Hi Cathy, and welcome back to planDisney! I’d be happy to help with your question.
Alice has been on a bit of an adventure lately and isn’t currently hosting her Wonderland Tea Party at
1900 Park Fare in the
Grand Floridian Resort. However, there are a couple of opportunities to meet Alice in person and a different afternoon tea experience that your family might enjoy together.
Sometimes, with a bit of luck, you can catch Alice and the Mad Hatter wandering around
Magic Kingdom near the
Mad Tea Party ride. And while you’re over there, be sure to stop by the
Cheshire Cafe for a Merry Unbirthday Cupcake or, my favorite, a Cheshire Cat Tail pastry!
But the most reliable place to find
Alice is at the United Kingdom pavilion at
EPCOT. And her meet and greet is a short walk through the International Gateway entrance to
The Cake Bake Shop, which has a
Roses of Gold Afternoon Tea. While this experience isn’t exclusively for little ones, there’s a special children’s menu for afternoon tea, which includes a spread of finger sandwiches and pastries that’s as delicious as it is beautiful!
And speaking of beauty, there’s also a good chance that you’ll be visiting during the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, which I like to call the prettiest time of year at EPCOT since the park is covered in colorful flowers and plants! This year’s festival ran from March 5th to June 2nd, so keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for details on next year’s dates, food, and activities. You can also take a look at the
2025 Festival Foodie Guide to start getting excited for your visit!
I hope you have the most magical time at Disney World next March! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome here at planDisney.
