Hi Serge!
Disney Springs is a bustling hub of entertainment, dining, and shopping, making it a favorite destination for families and teens alike. While there’s no specific ticket required to enter Disney Springs, it's important to consider Disney's
general age policy: Guests under age 14 must be accompanied by someone age 14 or older in the theme parks, water parks, and it’s my understanding that this guideline applies to Disney Springs as well. Even though your 14-year-old meets the age requirement, Disney Springs is a large and lively area, which can make it overwhelming at times. I’d encourage you to assess their comfort level navigating on their own and your own peace of mind.
Disney Springs is packed with unique experiences, starting with
World of Disney, the ultimate shopping destination for all things Disney. It’s one of my favorite stops! If your family enjoys browsing fun and fragrant finds, Basin is another can’t-miss spot where they can pick out bath bombs or soaps as souvenirs.
For a bite to eat, there are so many options, but my family always loves
The Polite Pig for its delicious barbecue and relaxed atmosphere. It’s quick-service, making it an easy stop during a busy day of exploring. Other popular options include grabbing a cupcake from Sprinkles or an indulgent milkshake from Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop.
If they’re interested in entertainment,
Splitsville Luxury Lanes offers bowling with a side of dining. For movie fans, the AMC Disney Springs 24 theater is a great spot to catch the latest blockbuster.
Ultimately, while Disney Springs is brimming with fun activities, it’s worth remembering that it’s a large and open area that can get quite busy, especially during peak times. Have a fantastic time planning your visit!
