I always like to see other fellow Magic Key Holders here and I hope you've been able to visit the Disneyland Resort many times this year with that Key. I've been very thankful to have experienced the Parks multiple times this year so I think that my Magic Key has nearly paid for itself!
I'm sorry to hear that the penalty state on your
Magic Key was inadvertently extended. Were you making monthly payments towards your Pass? I'd heard on social media about technical issues involving a third party payment vendor that delayed processing monthly payments right around that time. I wonder if that might have affected the resolution of your penalty state? I believe that this has been corrected, so if you check now, I suspect that you will be able to make park reservations again. If you still are unable to make reservations, I would recommend contacting a Cast Member at the
Magic Key Holders line and I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you.
Have you seen some of the merchandise for the
Festival of Holidays that was exclusive to Magic Key Holders? I really love that they make us feel special with souvenirs meant only for us and I hope that they continue these offerings! Be sure to check the Magic Key Portal in the
Disneyland Mobile App each time you visit to see if anything catches your eye!
