how do you keep a 2 year old occupied in the wait lines?

Hi Brittney, thank you for bringing us your question and Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

When my children were younger, I remember always keeping a toy car or soldier in my pocket, an action figure in my fanny pack, and obviously a coloring book and pencils in my backpack. Those are still great and valid options; however modern times may call for modern options. The Play Disney Parks app is a great alternative to keep the little ones busy, with some proper adult supervision and guidance, of course. This app offers entertainment options for the Disneyland Resort and the Walt Disney World Resort alike. Once you download it on your device and open it, It will prompt you to select a location (a theme park or resort) and will show a map with a variety of activities to do and music to listen to.

My nephews and nieces loved playing the interactive games and listening to Park songs while they waited in line for their favorite attractions. It is also possible to earn an achievement after you complete an attraction!

    See you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
