    I keep trying to call and get someone to help me to link my hotel reservation to my disney app. I can't do it online or on my phone.

    Hi Jessica and welcome to planDisney! I’m so excited to see that you have a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort in the works! 

    I like to use my home computer when I’m planning my visits. I suggest using this link to add your Disney Resort Collection hotel details to your My Disney Experience account. In addition to linking your hotel reservations with this page, you will see options to link all of your vacation elements like theme park tickets and even dining reservations.

    Any changes you make to your My Disney Experience account will automatically show up on your My Disney Experience app. I also recommend updating your app. It usually helps me resolve any issues I’m having with it. 

    Once your theme park tickets are linked, you can start making your Disney Park Pass Reservations and will be one step closer to enjoying your magical vacation!
