I keep seeing things about Extended Magic Hour. However, I don't really understand what it is. Can you tell me exactly what it is? I will be coming to Disney September 19-23 with my 2 and 4 year old.

Hi, Jeremy! Extra Magic Hours are available to all Walt Disney World Resort Guests.  As a perk for staying at one of Walt Disney World's Resorts, Guests are given additional time in the theme parks (and sometimes water parks) .  It is absolutely free.  You can read all about Extra Magic Hours by clicking here.  This page lists the attractions that are available during Extra Magic Hours and has a link to Frequently Asked Questions/Answers.

The Extra Magic Hours calendar is available to you on Walt Disney World's website.  Simply  go to www.WaltDisneyWorld.com and select the theme park you want to check from the menu at the top of the page. On the new page, select Calendar from the menu on the left. From the drop-down menu, choose the month you need to view, like September for you. When the calendar appears, the daily park hours and any Extra Magic Hours will be listed. To view the parade and nighttime event schedule, simply click on the numeral of the date you are interested in attending. Repeat for each of the parks. All of the magic is at your fingertips. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
