Lightning Lane Multi Passes. Since time is of the essence, let's jump in to do some magical troubleshooting.
Guests of Disney Resort Hotels can purchase and book their Lightning Lane passes
7 days before they arrive; all other guests can purchase them 3 days in advance. So, if you're a resort guest, your window should have opened this morning.
My first suggestion is to make sure your resort reservation is linked to the same account you're purchasing from. If it isn't, the system could be making you wait until that 3-day mark. You can check whether your reservation is in order by selecting "Hotel Reservations" on the Welcome screen of your
My Disney Experience mobile app.
If your reservation is linked and you're still having problems, you might need a theme park reservation for the park you're purchasing the passes for. For example, I'm an annual passholder, so I typically need a theme park reservation for the same park where I want to buy Lightning Lane passes. You can read more about
what admission types require reservations to see if that might be the problem.

My family enjoys using Lightning Lane entrances at
Magic Kingdom Park. Our strategy is to arrive at opening to use the standby queues while wait times are low. I typically book our first Lightning Lane return time for mid-morning, and I always have my app open and ready to select my next return time as soon as I scan in for the current one. It takes a little practice, but you'll be a pro in no time!
