Hi Brandy!

Well, that's going to depend if you're as neurotic as me! I always go with the first way listed below.

Technically, each day after your first 180-day mark, another day at the end of your reservation will open up. So, at 180-days out, you can make them for your first 10 days. The next day, you can make reservations from day 11. And then, the next day you can do day 12... and so on....

But, of course, if you have lots of flexibility in your reservations for the last few days of your vacation, or if you aren't after the most popular restaurants, you could make your first 10 days worth of reservations at 180 days, and then four days later call back for the remainder of your reservations.
