hi kathie going 8/21-8/27 w/ free basic dp want to upgrade to dx plan 2 adults kids 12 &5 can you tell me what cost will be. Thanks!

    Hi Tina!

I'll be happy to try and help you out a bit further with figuring out your costs. Of course, the most accurate way to get the price difference will be to contact Disney directly at 407-939-7675 (or contact your travel agent). - they'll have all the details of your trip, and easy access to price changes.

Currently, the price difference between the basic dining and deluxe dining plans is about $33 per person for adults, and $10 per child. You'll want to multiply this by each night of your stay (6 nights) for a total. When I do the math, I come out at about a $650 or so price difference. BUT, again, that's my math (without taxes, etc), so if you're seriously considering adding the plan, be sure to call Disney to get the exact number and to upgrade.

Hope you have a fun time!
