    hi kathie, how far in advance can i retrieve my resort reservations on the my disney vacation page of the webste. when i put info in it says error cannot retrieve information at this time. i am 54 days away from being in wdw, or could it be a cookies issue

    Hi Lisa!

    You should be able to pull up reservations on the Walt Disney World website almost immediately after making your reservation.

    If you've booked directly with Disney, I would suggest calling the reservation line at 407-939-7675 to double check that you have the correct confirmation number, last name on the reservation, hotel and check-in date.

    If you've booked via a travel agent, double check with them also. The travel agent's confirmation number may not be the same as the number you need for the Disney website.

    Viewing and Retrieving Reservation Information

    Once you have paid for and confirmed an offer, it becomes a reservation. If at any time you would like to amend a reservation, simply log in to My Disney Vacation and select the "Reservations" button on the left side.
    To view a reservation, you must first retrieve it from the database. So if you come to the Reservations page and do not see a reservation you know you confirmed, don't worry! Just enter the confirmation number you were provided and enter the telephone number you submitted when making that reservation. Next, select the "Go" button, and your reservation will appear.

    If all else fails (you may want to try this first), clear your browser's cookies, close all browser windows and completely restart it. More technical hints and info can be found here.
