    hi kathie booked pckg. w/free dp thinking of upgrading to dx plan can you tell me the price difference for adults and kids can't find anywhere on disney site. Thanks.

    Hi Tina!

    Unfortunately, I won't be able to give you an exact figure as there a few variables such as time of year, which dining plan you received free and the ages of your kids. I can help out with some ball-park numbers, but for exact information your best bet will be to call 407-939-7675 (or contact your travel agent).

    When you upgrade your meal plan while using the free dining promotion, you'll be responsible for the cost difference between the two plans. Depending on if you've received the quick-service or basic dining plan free with your resort reservation, the price difference will range between $31 and $44 per adult, and $9 to $10 per child age 3 to 9. Part of the variation is also due to when you are vacationing and the rate "season" you are visiting in - peak vs. non-peak times for instance.
