I have always felt that Disney truly goes out of its way to make our stay as convenient as possible, and luggage transfer definitely makes things easy! You’ll be happy to learn that luggage transfer is a complimentary service for Guests staying within the
Disney Resort Collection! Do know this would not include off-site properties such as hotels in the Disney Springs area.
When you get ready to check out of your first resort, call Bell Services for assistance, or bring your bags to the Bell Services Desk near the resort entrance. Let them know you will be transferring your luggage to another Disney Resort Collection Hotel and they will tag all your bags and make sure they safely make it to your next resort! When you check-in to that second resort, you can either stop by the Bell Services Desk to collect your bags yourself or call Bell Services from your resort room and ask for your bags to be brought to you. Do know that before Covid-19, Bell Services Cast Members could enter your room to gather or deliver your bags, but due to
current safety protocols, they will pick-up or deliver to your door only. Also be prepared that your bags will not arrive at your second resort till later in the day.
While there is no fee to use this service, I do usually tip the Bell Services Cast Member who picks up or delivers my bags. This is in no way required, but is usually customary for good service, and is completely up to your discretion.
