Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village does have a Concierge Desk in the main lobby that can handle some of the duties of a will-call window. Depending on your needs, they may be able to assist you!
Walt Disney World Resort
Lobby Concierge can help you to purchase new tickets to the theme parks or water parks, or to pick up some types of ticket media you purchased from home. If you purchased standard theme park tickets either online or via phone from home and need to pick them up before your first park day, they should be able to assist you. You will need to bring your confirmation number to the Concierge Desk and each adult must be present and show a valid photo ID.
If you are picking up Florida Resident tickets, or a
Walt Disney World Annual Pass, those must be picked up at a Guest Relations Window at one of the theme parks or at Disney Springs. Again, please be sure to bring a photo ID for all adults, your confirmation number and
proof of residency if needed.
Disney Vacation Club Members should be prepared to show their blue Membership Card if purchasing any ticket media discounted for Members.
If you are a Resort Guest and already have tickets purchased, your MagicBands will have your activated tickets on them. If you’d like a physical ticket instead, the Concierge Desk should be able to assist you.
