On 4th of July can you watch fireworks from The Contemporary without being a resort guest?

Hi Kristie, and welcome to planDisney! Thank you for your question!

Are you ready to celebrate the 4th of July this year at Walt Disney World Resort? This will be my first time attending also, and I am excited! I have one suggestion for viewing the fireworks from Disney's Contemporary Resort. First, make an advanced dining reservation at California Grill for a later dinner. If you time your dinner right, you can view 'Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky' from your table! There is also a rooftop viewing area for guests dining at California Grill. If you want to eat dinner at an earlier time, bring your receipt to have access to the viewing area. You can also make a reservation for Celebration at the Top: Sip, Savor, and Sparkle, featuring small bites, yummy desserts, and refreshing cocktails.

Let freedom ring! Independence Day brings about seasonal offerings, including menu items and celebrations! Check out last year's Foodie Guide, highlighting all the special food items available at Walt Disney World! Also, at EPCOT, there will be a spectacular fireworks show in the evening! In the American Adventure Pavilion, you can hear the Voices of Liberty and say hello to several Disney pals in their best Patriotic wear!

Kristie, I hope all of this information was helpful! I hope you and your family have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World in July!
