    When is the 4th of july golf cart parade this year at fort wilderness and what is the rules for decorations ? Someone told us disney, camp,patriotic all must be on your cart ?

    Hi Nancy! 

    Fort Wilderness Resort has more special activities for the holidays than an other resort! 

    You will have so much fun in the annual 4th of July Golf Cart Parade! Guests and Disney cast members partner in this memorable parade. Guests decorate their golf carts and bikes in this patriotic celebration. To be in the parade, simply fill out the registration form at the Outpost, the Settlement or Meadows Trading Post. 

    The parade is usually on  July  4 at 9:00 a.m. The date hasn't been released this year, so I suggest calling the resort to confirm. The guidelines usually state that the golf cart/bike should be decorated in a patriotic fashion, but the Fort Wilderness Lodge will have more specific information available for those who sign up. I hope you have a magical vacation and have fun on the golf cart parade!
