My July cruise was cancelled in May, so I immediately booked a cruise for next summer My new reservation is only showing a fraction of what I paid for the first cruise (probably my original deposit). How long does it take to see the future cruise credit?

    Ahoy, Suzanne!

Welcome aboard planDisney!  I am so deeply sorry to hear the winds of change blew your May cruise off course.  How wonderful that you were able to immediately start planning for a new adventure next summer!

Since you have made a new reservation to sail with Captain Mickey, your future cruise credit should have been applied when it was booked.  Typically, it takes 10-14 days for the credit to show on your reservation.  It seems you may have cruised past that time frame, so I would recommend you contact a Disney Cruise Line Vacation Planner at 800-939-2784 to apply the credit to your summer sailing.  They are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (ET), and 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (ET) on Saturday and Sunday.

Soon you will be right back in the middle of all the magic and celebrating your return to sea with Pirate Night fireworks!  In the meantime, if you have any questions as you get ready for your cruise, please sail back to planDisney.  We love to help steer you in the direction of a practically perfect vacation!

    "Sea" ya real soon!  Angie
