Hi there, Susan! Welcome to planDisney!
Can you believe that you're only a few weeks away from your magical trip to
Walt Disney World Resort? I'm so excited to hear that you'll be joining your sister so the two of you can make some memories together that will last a lifetime. When you visit, be sure that you check out the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival with its delicious
outdoor kitchens and stunning
character topiaries!
Susan, I'm so sorry to hear that your ticket was accidentally linked to your sister's
My Disney Experience account! It's important that
tickets are linked to the correct Guest in My Disney Experience. The first step you can take is to have your sister log into her account online, hover her mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click
My Plans. Ask her to scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker. Here, she may be able to view the ticket that belongs to you. If there's a "Reassign Ticket" option, she may be able to reassign it to you. Please know that you both would have to be connected in your
Family & Friends List first!
However, if she's unable to reassign the ticket, it would be important to
reach out to a Cast Member at your earliest convenience. Have as much information as you can handy so they can locate your information quickly and efficiently! While no outcome can be guaranteed, they'll do everything they can to make sure that your ticket gets connected to the right person. And before you arrive, be sure that you and everyone in your travel party have made their
theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system. This is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip!
I'm wishing upon a star that you and your sister have an extra special trip, Susan! If you have any other questions, please write to us again.
See ya real soon!
Michelle
