Just joined DVC on our recent vacations and now looking to take our 1st ever Cruise during Sept, 15. Just myself and 2 teen daughters. Do all 'veranda' rooms have 3 beds or will I have to book a family room to ensure a bed each? Thanks in adv for any help

Welcome aboard, Lorna! Congratulations on your first cruise! You and your girls will have the time of your lives when you set sail next fall!

When you book your cruise, I suggest doing so through the agents at Disney Cruise Line at 800-951-3532. They can offer you the stateroom options that will be best for your family. Some verandah staterooms sleep three, but that means two in a queen size bed and one in the convertible sofa. The staterooms that sleep four will also have a pull-down berth, creating a bunk bed above the sofa bed. Some of these verandah staterooms can sleep five as well with another hidden bed that pulls out from the wall. You do not need to book a Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah to get three beds (those will sleep 3-5), but do be sure you book one of the Deluxe Oceanview Staterooms with Verandah that is meant to sleep four (since some only sleep three in two beds) if you want three beds.

    Have fun planning, Lorna!
