    how can we join somebody by chat?

    Hello Johanne!  Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I think you are asking about contacting the Walt Disney World Help Center using the chat feature on the website.  You can access online chat in the upper right corner of the main Help Center page or the Help Center contact page, just below the fairies.  Cast Members are available to assist you from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm Eastern time.  If the "Chat" button is greyed out, Cast Members are assisting other Guests and online chat is not available.  I usually have the best luck using the chat feature early in the morning or later in the evening.  You also might see a chat box pop up when browsing places to stay on the Walt Disney World website.
