Hello Jody H. So your telling me this is an extra fee ? If we go to magic kingdom that evening. We won't be able to sit and watch parade ? Or watch fireworks ? My daughter's birthday is Oct31. She will be 19. Too old to trick or treat. I am confused.

Hello again, Michael! Magic Kingdom Park closes to the public at 7:00 p.m. on October 31, 2012, a night that Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party takes place. Follow this link to view the Magic Kingdom Park Hours for the month of October. Although Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party officially begins at 7:00 p.m. and ends at 12:00 midnight, guests are allowed entry into Magic Kingdom beginning at 4:00 p.m. that day with their Special Event ticket . Guests will receive a special armband identifying themselves as a Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party attendee. Guests that are visiting Magic Kingdom on October 31, 2012 that do not have a Party ticket will need to leave the park at 7:00 p.m. If you purchase the Special Event ticket that is required to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you will absolutely be able to watch Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade and Happy HalloWishes, which are both unique to the party. Follow this link to view the official Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party webpage in which you can watch an informative video explaining what you can expect at the party, view the event guide, view pricing and book tickets. I think attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party would be a great way to celebrate your daughter's 19th Birthday! Even though I did not personally trick-or-treat (my kids did) when we attended a past Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I had such a great time and saw many teens and college age students enjoying the festivities. I hope this information helps and sorry for any confusion. Sending pixie dusted wishes that your daughter has a Magical 19th Birthday in the "Happiest Place on Earth," Michael!
    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
