I think attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party would be a great way to celebrate your daughter's 19th Birthday! Even though I did not personally trick-or-treat (my kids did) when we attended a past Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I had such a great time and saw many teens and college age students enjoying the festivities. I hope this information helps and sorry for any confusion. Sending pixie dusted wishes that your daughter has a
Magical 19th Birthday in the "Happiest Place on Earth," Michael!
Happy Planning,
Jodie
