Jodie, tks for the grt advice once again! Will be staying in 2 bdrm villa @ BCV. Advice on best room location to request? Also, is lockout as good as dedicated? Are there 2 or 3 bathrooms? What about sleeping 5 (no infants) in 2nd bdrm? Chair comfy enough?

You are welcome, Danielle!  It is truly a pleasure to assist you! Disney's Beach Club Resort is my absolute favorite resort! I have also stayed in a Two Bedroom Villa at Disney's Beach Club Villas in the past and thoroughly enjoyed it!  You are going to love the spacious room accommodations, washer/dryer, and full size kitchen! When we stayed at Disney's Beach Club Villas, we were in a Two Bedroom Dedicated Villa, but have since stayed in a Two Bedroom Lock-Off Villa at the Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. We honestly loved both and did not have a preference. With that being said, the one advantage of the Two Bedroom Lock-Off for our traveling situation at the time was that we had extended family in the second bedroom (studio.) They loved having the small kitchenette that was equipped with their own mini refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. The kitchenette was especially useful in the mornings when the children were still sleeping in the living room. The main thing you will want to know regarding sleeping configurations is that the maximum occupancy for the Two Bedroom Villa is eight guests plus one child under three in a crib. I do not personally recall a chair in either bedroom that would be comfortable enough for sleeping in. However, there is an additional queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. We had two nice sized bathrooms in our Two Bedroom Dedicated Villa. During our stay at Disney's Beach Club Villas, we had a pool view which I thought was really nice. I have also read that many guests request a Woods View. The resort itself is small so I don't personally feel any area of the Beach Club Villas is far away from the main resort. Although Disney does accept room requests, they are not guaranteed. I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any additional questions, Danielle!
    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
