It's great to hear back from you and please know that I love being able to sprinkle pixie dust on your Walt Disney World Vacation! Although it is not owned or operated by Disney, Mears is the main taxi service that I have seen throughout the Walt Disney World Resort and they have a reliable and safe reputation. I called Mears just now to verify my information for you. The Mears representative that I spoke with confirmed that you will need car seats for children under 40 pounds based on the state of Florida laws and regulations. Mears taxi service provides car seats at no additional charge. The representative also suggested that it would be best to call Mears directly at 407-422-2222 to arrange your pick up in order to notify the representative at that time that you will need car seats. The representative that I spoke with informed me that some taxi drivers may have car seats already in their cabs, but by calling to schedule your pick up you would be ensured of getting the car seats you need.
