Jodie, the sofa bed at BCV was more comfortable than most . The back cushions came off the couch and laid under the bed; it made the bed much more solid. Do you know if the sofa beds at BLT are the same? Thanks!

It's so great to hEAR from you again, Danielle! I have stayed in a two bedroom villa at both Disney's Beach Club Villas and Bay Lake Tower.  I did a little research regarding the sleeper sofas at Bay Lake Tower, as opposed to the ones you would have had at Beach Club Villas, since my last stay at Bay Lake Tower was in 2010. After speaking to a cast member at DIsney’s Contemporary Resort as well as checking with other Moms on the Panel that have enjoyed recent visits to Bay Lake Tower, it does appear that the sleeper sofas are different from those at Beach Club Villas. With that being said, I know from firsthand experience that my children found the sleeper sofas at Bay Lake Tower to be very comfortable. With a family of six, we traditionally book rooms that feature sleeper sofas. We are also DVC members and have stayed at most all of the DVC properties at Walt DIsney World. My children have never complained about the sleeper sofas in any of the DVC properties and will actually choose the sleeper sofa over that of sharing a bed. I wanted to mention that the sleeper chair is also very comfortable. I hope this information helps!  Please don’t hesitate to visit me again if I can be of further assistance as your vacation planning progresses. I hope you have a magical day, Danielle!
    Happy Planning,
