    Hey there Marlee!  Thanks for writing back!  To be perfectly honest, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the Disney Moderate Resorts!  I have probably stayed in Disney's Coronado Springs Resort the most and love the Southwest theming, beautifully decorated guest rooms, Pepper Market Food Court, and the archeological-themed Dig Site - complete with the Jaguar Pool Slide at The Lost City of Cibola Pool. Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort is the smallest of the Disney Moderate Resorts and offers a romantic and relaxed atmosphere themed after the French Quarter in New Orleans. One of my favorite things about Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter is being able to travel to Downtown Disney via the Sassagoula River Cruise. I have only stayed at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort once approximately 10 years ago, but I enjoyed it immensely. Caribbean Beach Resort is a tropical lakeside paradise and features lush landscaping, various recreational activities, and Old Port Royale, the hub of the Resort. Of the three, I would have to give a slight edge to Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort.
