Hi Jodie, I'm wondering if QS restaurants could give me white bread or rolls instead of whole wheat or multigrain? I have Crohn's disease and cannot eat nuts or seeds and must limit my fibre intake. I assume I can substitute quite easily at TS restaurants?

It's always such a pleasure to hEAR from you, Danielle! This is a great question!  Although I have never personally asked for white rolls or bread, I know firsthand that Disney is great with accommodating guests with special dietary restrictions. Follow this link provided to learn more about traveling to Disney with Special Dietary Requests. There is a list of quick-service locations on the webpage that I linked you to that feature menu items or products that, upon request, may accommodate Guests' common food allergy or intolerance requirements. I called the Disney Guest Services Special Diet line just now at (407) 824-5967 and spoke with a cast member regarding your question. The cast member suggested that you speak to someone when you arrive at your quick-service dining location and inquire about the types of options you have for that specific location. The cast member that I spoke with assured me that table-service restaurants should definitely be able to accommodate your requests and many of the quick-service restaurants may have white rolls or bread as well. The cast member also stated that a possible substitute to wheat bread at some dining locations may be Gluten-Free products such as Tapioca rolls that should be nut or seed free as well.  I hope this information helps!  Please feel free to write me back with any additional questions that you may have.  Best wishes for a Magical dining experience at Walt Disney World, Danielle!
    Bon Appétit,
