Joanne..yet another question. Between Nov. 29-Dec.5,Dec. 5-12, Dec. 12-18 which would you recommend for Christmas at Disney? I know I had emailed you abot the Dec. 5-12 week earlier. Tourplans.com says 5th-12th is best time but kind of hard to believe.

So nice to hear from you again, Derek! If you're planning at staying at a Value resort and have flexibility with your dates, I would avoid December 5-12 because of Pop Warner, where thousand of youth transcend upon Walt Disney World for football and cheer competitions. That said, I would certainly never miss out on a trip to Disney solely because of that! Between the dates you provided, if flights and resorts costs are the same, I would choose the Nov 29 arrival, only because I'm not organized enough to be away that close to Christmas!

In my opinion, Disney is at its most magical during the Christmas season. With these dates, you will still enjoy all the holiday decorations, lesser crowds and value season rates, and be home in time to get organized for the holiday season! Let me know what dates you decide.

Feel free to write back as you continue your planning Derek!
