Hi Joanne; can we use the on-line check in service being from Ontario? Since we have 2 rooms/2 reservation #'s do we complete the on-line procedure twice? Can we make room requests at this time? Any other info would be appreciated! TYVM

Hi Lynn! You absolutely can use the on-line check-in and I encourage you to do so! Since you have two separate reservation numbers, you will need to do it twice, but it really is a quick process. The last time I used it we were not able to enter specific requests like adjoining rooms or rooms in close proximity. If this is still the case, I recommend you calling your resort directly and advising them of your request about a week before your arrival date and they will do their best to accommodate you. When you arrive at your resort, be sure to go in the check-in line reserved for on-line reservations. It's usually much shorter and moves very quickly.

Wishing you a magical vacation Lynn!
