    Hi Joanne! I'm considering doing the International College Program Summer Work Expereience, I know that you were a Cultural Representative, would you recommend the program? What was it like being a CR? Any advice would be great, thanks! ps; awesome panel!

    Hi Miranda! Thanks for the fabulous question! I would absolutely, positively, 100% recommend participating in Disney's College Program! Although my work experience was many (many) years ago, I still draw from it. It was truly an opportunity of a lifetime. Lessons I learned in various training and work opportunities I had while working at Epcot, I still use today in my position with the Government of Canada.

    In addition to the fabulous opportunity working for an innovative company like Disney, it was also a fantastic experience working with and meeting people from all over the world. Many of these friendships I still have today, 25 years later. I can't recommend this program enough, and one day hope my daughter will participate in it!
