    Hi Joanne! We are driving from Ontario, and will be arriving in Orlando the morning of Aug. 24. If we arrive at 9 am for example, can we use the parks, even if we cannot check into our room till 3pm? or can we only use parks after we check in? thanks!

    Hi again Erin! How exciting that your vacation is almost here! I recommend heading straight to your resort upon your arrival. If there is a room available, they will allow you to access it right away. If not, you will still be fully checked in and will receive your Key to the World cards right away, which will serve as your room key and will have your park tickets and meal credits for your dining plan. You can head straight to a theme park and using the dining plan. If your room is not ready, they will also give you a phone number to call later in the day to check when it's ready. On August 14, when your check-in date is ten days away, I recommend you do the on-line check-in through the Walt Disney World website. Simply click on "My Vacation" in the upper right corner and follow the instructions. This will greatly speed up the check-in process.
