Hi Joanne, We have completed online check-in but no spot to ask for 2Q Beds with Daybed. Traveling with DD-18, DS-15 and DH. Daybed is very important. How can we let BC aware of this request (understand no guarantee). TYVM

Hi Lynn! How exciting that your trip is just around the corner! I hear you on the importance of that daybed, especially with teens. I have slept on it when sharing a Beach Club room with friends and it's most comfortable. I recommend calling and faxing your request to the Beach Club directly about a week or so before your arrival. The phone number is (407) 934-8000 and the fax number is (407) 934-3850. As you said, there's no guarantee, but they will do their very best. And be sure to double check when you check in.

Be sure to take some time out and enjoy the fantastic pool area, Stormaway Bay, while you're there Lynn. And walk over to the Boardwalk in the evenings for great food, entertainment and fun!

Write back with any other last minute questions! Wishing you and your family the most magical vacation Lynn!
