Hi again Irena,

I hope I helped in my previous answer by giving you the link for the 2009 Flower and Garden Festival guide that shows the schedule for this years festival. It can be found on page 11 HERE. It shows that The Turtles featuring Flo and Eddie performed at Epcot on April 3-5. I've managed to find a copy of the 2008 guide and the Turtles didn't perform there last year so I'm afraid I can't tell you if they regularly appear at the festival. All I can suggest you do is look on the main Disney World website at the special events page, found HERE, and as soon as the 2010 line up is announced the page will be updated. You may also want to subscribe to an independent newsletter such as the one at www.allears.net for up to date information.
