For the Jedi Training Academy, How do you get in line to sign up BEFORE the park opens? I.e., if the park is not open yet, how do I get in and get in line "first thing", and what time would "first thing" be? Thanks so much.

Hi Cynthia! You can't line up to register for the Jedi Training Academy before Hollywood Studios opens, but we do recommend that you arrive at the park before opening so that you'll have a better chance of securing one of the limited Jedi Training Academy spots. Hollywood Studios usually opens at 9 a.m. and many people arrive at the park prior to that time so that they can be among the first to enter. Pre-registration for the Jedi Training Academy also generally begins each day at 9 a.m., and passes are given out for all shows that day on a first-come first-serve basis.  If your children really want to participate, you will have the best chance of getting them in the show by being among the first guests in the park and then heading straight to the Jedi Training Area to sign up.  The children must be present to register, and if they are not selected for the first show of the day, they will be given a slip indicating the time to return later that day for their Jedi training. The Jedi Training Academy spots for the entire day of shows are often all distributed early in the day, so arriving early is crucial to getting in the show.

Hope you have a magical time at Hollywood Studios, and may the force be with you!
