After the Jammin' Jungle parade at AK, I am wanting to go to DHS to meet up with the rest if my family. There will be my husband, and our kids (1 & 4yrs old). Whats the best way to travel between those parks, for speed and cost? Many Thanks

There is an easily available free bus that runs directly between the Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios. The bus depot is just outside the park gates; head right as you exit. Your other option would be a taxi, price can vary depending on traffic conditions, but it should cost in the neighborhood of $15.

The actual travel time on the road will be almost identical with the two modes of transport. The only difference is in the wait for the transportation to arrive. The Disney buses run about every 20 minutes. That's about the maximum time you'll wait, but if you're lucky on the timing the bus will be right there and there will be no wait at all. Similarly, often there are cabs waiting at the theme parks. (To find the Animal Kingdom taxi queue area, bear left as you exit the park and head toward the parking lot.) But if a cab is not right there, you'll have to wait a few minutes for one to arrive.

My choice would be the bus, but if you're in a super huge hurry and you see that there are cabs available a cab is a good second option.
