Are Jack and Sally only available to meet at Halloween? We are going in March.

Hello there, Cristy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for stopping by and allowing us to answer your “Boo-tacular” question!

Personally, I am all about the Halloween season! Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas is one of my favorite films, I always make an annual trip to Walt Disney World Resort to visit Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and I probably keep my Halloween decorations up longer than the average person.

Following this logic, one of my absolute favorite Character Meetings has got to be with Jack Skellington and Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas. They do tend to be one of the more elusive Characters to find so you will only be able to meet with them during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. If you’re a fan, I would highly recommend making a point to visit during both times of the year! During Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, you might just be able to snap a picture with Jack dressed up as Sandy Claws!

Though you won’t be able to meet with Jack and Sally during your March vacation, there are a couple things you may want to keep in mind! If you would like to find some Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise, be sure to stop by Disney’s Days of Christmas at Disney Springs. You can often find some pretty neat souvenirs here that can add a little fright to your holiday! Also, when riding The Haunted Mansion at Magic Kingdom, keep your eyes peeled for a few small details that reference Nightmare Before Christmas. Much like “Hidden Mickeys”, you might just spot some very unique hidden appearances!
