To reassign the tickets in your account, please confirm that each person has their own
Disney account. Ask them to sign in to their account and visit
My Family & Friends to
send you an invitation to connect. Be sure to provide them with the email address associated with your Disney account, because they will need it to send you the invite.
After accepting their invitation to connect, you can conveniently reassign tickets via the My Disney Experience app. Open the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen and select “Tickets and Passes.” Find the tickets you wish to reassign, tap “Reassign Ticket” and choose the family member to whom you are transferring that ticket. Please select each family member carefully, because once you reassign tickets you will no longer have access to them.
