Hi! Which itinerary would you suggest on the Fantasy to the Caribbean? Eastern vs Western? We have 2 sons, ages 4 and 7. They may be too young for some Port Adventures, so want to pick itinerary that allows us to do maybe 1 Adventure plus CC. Thx!

Welcome aboard, Bree! Your sons are at perfect ages to enjoy so many exciting events and activities in the Youth Clubs onboard the Fantasy as well as the fun Family Activities and of course, Port Adventures!

Both the Eastern and Western itineraries on the Fantasy offer some wonderful ports of call. It really depends on what type of adventure you're considering. The Eastern itinerary tends to have many more beachy-type adventures. On the Western, you also have some cultural activities from which to choose, which I enjoy since the kids (and parents!) not only have fun, but learn about the history and culture of the places we visit. Especially in Mexican ports like Cozumel and Costa Maya, you'll find great opportunities to visit historic places like the ancient Mayan ruins but also options for beaches and that type of adventure.

Take a look at the Port Adventures and then narrow them down by clicking "Family Adventures" on the left side, as well as the ages of your boys. Then, narrow even more by check-marking just the ports on the Western itinerary or just the Eastern ports. You can browse just those adventures available in those ports that would work for your family. Perhaps one will stick out to you and help you decide!

Either way, you're in for all sorts of magic while onboard the ship, no matter where the Fantasy makes port. Castaway Cay is an amazing beach with so much to offer. Most activities there are included, though additional Port Adventures are available, but you can very easily spend all day on Castaway Cay and not spend an additional cent, as there are character dance parties, crab races, plus all sorts of water fun!

Have fun as you continue to plan, Bree and let me know if you have other questions as you book and countdown to your sailing!
