Do the item prices at the 2019 Epcot Food & Wine festival booths include sales tax, or is sales tax extra? For example, the Red Hot Spicy Thai Curry Beef w/ Steamed Rice at the Thailand booth is listed as $5.50. Is it $5.50 or $5.86? (w/ 6.5% FL tax.)

Hi, Brian! It's the most wonderful time of the year at Walt Disney World Resort! The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival lasts for 87 days in 2019, making it the longest in Festival history. I bet you can't wait to snack your way around the World soon!

I'm happy to report that the prices you see posted on the menu boards at the Food & Wine Festival already include tax, so as you can see, many of these items are an excellent value! Don't forget that Guests can use their Disney Dining Plan snack credits at most of the kiosks. If you're not on the Dining Plan, I'd recommend picking up an Epcot Food & Wine Festival Disney Gift Card, which comes with a convenient wristlet; you need to keep those hands free for snacking! I also love the free Marketplace Discovery Passports, because they include stickers that you use to mark your culinary travels.

I just listened to a podcast and the Red Hot Spicy Thai Curry Beef with Steamed Rice that you referenced came highly recommended! I'm also looking forward to trying the IMPOSSIBLE™ Cottage Pie, Kenyan Coffee Barbecue Beef Tenderloin, Chocolate Picante: Dark Chocolate Mousse, and Ravioli Carbonara (I better pack my elastic pants)!

Enjoy your trip, Brian, and remember Chef Remy's quote, "If you are what you eat, then I only want to eat the good stuff."
