It’s
supercalifragilisticexpialidocious to see you here, Joon Ho!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for bringing your question our way.
You’re going to love visiting Walt Disney World Resort with your girlfriend. There’s something extraordinary about experiencing the magic with the one you love; it’s as if you’re living your own fairytale at Walt Disney World Resort!
Joon Ho, I’m glad you’ve already added your girlfriend to your
Family & Friends list and that she’s accepted your invitation. If you haven’t already, try clicking her name on your Family & Friends list and select the
plans you share with her. There will be two options you can choose: “All My Plans” or “Only Plans We Share.”
If you haven’t already linked your tickets, I’m happy to show you how. You’ll want to open your
My Disney Experience Mobile App, tap on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right (☰), and then choose "Tickets and Passes." Next, select the “+” icon on the top right corner and then “Link Tickets & Passes.” This will take you to the screen where you can opt for the “Type ID” option and add your ticket information. Then, choose “Link Media.” You can assign your girlfriend’s ticket to her through this process or by going to the ticket and choosing “Reassign Ticket.”
If she would like to add her ticket to her Apple Wallet through the
Disney MagicMobile service, she would open her My Disney Experience Mobile App, tap the ☰ icon and select "Disney MagicMobile." From there, she can follow the steps to set up her pass and then add it to her digital wallet.
If your girlfriend still doesn’t see her tickets linked, I recommend giving a friendly Cast Member at the
My Disney Experience line a call. This way, they can look into both your accounts to help troubleshoot.
Wishing you both an enchanting visit, Joon Ho!
