Hi Amanda! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Just reading your question makes me wish I was heading down to
The Most Magical Place on Earth right now! While I love every bit of the four Theme Parks and two Water Parks at Walt Disney World Resort, the
EPCOT Resort area around Crescent Lake is absolute heaven to me! I love hearing the children's happy shouts as they play at
Stormalong Bay, riding the Friendship boats to and from Disney's Hollywood Studios, and strolling through Disney's BoardWalk to Sea Breeze Point, where my husband and I were married! I hope you and your family have a chance to explore this amazing area of the Resort during your visit.
Hearing that you're staying at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort proves to me that you and your family are in for a magical vacation. With the incredible, immersive theming, the delicious dining options at Landscape of Flavors and, of course, the fabulous Big Blue Pool, you're going to be right in the middle of the magic every moment of your stay.
Getting to and from both EPCOT and
Disney's Hollywood Studios is super easy AND super exciting when you get to ride the
Disney Skyliner! Because of your close proximity to a Disney Skyliner station, this would definitely be my "go-to" for getting to EPCOT for
Early Theme Park Entry. Lately, the Skyliner has been opening at 7:00 a.m., giving you more than enough time to take a scenic ride through the sky and still arrive before "rope drop". While Skyliner hours can change depending on Park hours, you can certainly speak with a Cast Member at the front desk of your Resort to find out specific operating hours for the days you plan to use it.
If you're really early risers and want to make your way through
Disney's BoardWalk even earlier your best bet would be to have a confirmed breakfast reservation or mobile order at the Resort. Without this, your rideshare service may not be able to drop you off at the Resort, and I'm sure you don't want to add extra time on to your journey!
See ya real soon, Amanda!
