How does the International Foods works at Epcot?

    Hi there, Bruce!

I am so happy that you came by today to talk about one of my very favorite topics, The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival!

My husband and I make sure to visit this event each and every year, so I am happy to share some of the tips and tricks that we have picked up along the way.

The first thing that you will need to do is to purchase a theme park ticket for EPCOT and make your Disney Park Pass system reservation for the day that you wish to visit. Note that there is no extra charge for the festival itself. It is included with your theme park admission, although you will have to pay for all of the yummy food and drinks that you purchase.

The next thing that you will want to do is to pick up a festival passport when you enter the park. This little booklet will tell you what each booth around the park is serving. I recommend that you take a bit of time to take a look at this and plan your snack attack. I am a huge fan of the Cheese Raclette in Switzerland while my husband loves the Flank Steak from Flavors of Fire.

If you are traveling with little ones, I also recommend that you stop by the shop when you first enter the World Showcase to pick up a scavenger hunt. These scavenger hunts are such for kids of all ages as you travel through the World Showcase tracking down Remy himself!

Oh and, Bruce, make sure that you check out the festival website as well to see if there are any special events going on that you are interested in. And don't forget to check out this handy Foodie Guide!

    I hope that this helped!

Enjoy snacking your way around the world!
