I am interested in taking the pirate and pals cruise to see the fireworks. How much is it per person, and do you have to have a park ticket for that day even though you don’t enter the park for the event?

    Hi Megan,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

I must confess that one of my very favorite parts of any Walt Disney World Resort vacation is the fireworks.  I can watch them every single night and never get tired of the amazing pyrotechnics.  I'm glad to let you know that the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Dessert Voyage does not require a theme park ticket to participate, but you should definitely bring your appetite! You'll check in at Disney's Contemporary Resort and sail onto Seven Seas Lagoon and view the Happily Ever After Fireworks Show.  You'll have some fantastic snacks and transform into a merry pirate crew, you'll meet Captain Hook and Mr. Smee, then you'll embark on a fantastic voyage prior to viewing the fireworks.

The current cost of this voyage (subject to change without notice) is $68.24 per adult aged 10+ and $40.76 for those aged 3-9, plus tax and gratuity.

Megan, I hope you can set sail and have the pirate voyage of your dreams on your upcoming vacation. Please come back and see us for any additional questions about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
