I am interested in the 11 night cruise to Norway, Iceland, and Scotland - Copenhagen to Dover in the summer of 2023. Is this cruise available to book now? If not, when should I check back to make these arrangements?

Ahoy there, Leesa - or I suppose I could say, "Hallo, Halló, Halò," and welcome to planDisney!

Ah, a true adventurer, I see! I too have had my eye on these incredible itineraries for quite some time, but I must admit the will-o-the-wisps haven't yet guided me to the Northern shores. Maybe 2023 will have it in the stars for us both! Now, it's early yet, but maybe I can see if I could change my fate...I'm sure between Merida, Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Scrooge McDuck for good measure, someone could put in a good word for me!

Alas, as of January, 2022 the sailing schedule is only open through May, 2023, so this itinerary isn't available to book at the moment. I'd keep a weather eye on the "Fire Falls" though, as I know in previous years the wisps will be appearing by the time Arendelle thaws again for the season. Now that's all just a best-guess from a seasoned sailor, but I'd keep the Disney Parks Blog bookmarked for the official word as soon as the schedule is released! I know waiting for itinerary releases can be like Anna waiting for the gates to open "for the first time in forever," but like she sings, "there'll be magic, there'll be light" soon enough!

Until then, you can always chase the wind and touch the sky by looking at the Port Adventures offered in some of the Ports of Call on this year's itinerary to get excited about the potential memories you may make next summer! I don't know about you, but if next year's itineraries call on Akureyri, Norway, I wouldn't be able to pass up an opportunity to visit Akureyri Botanical Garden & Santa's House

Like Merida warns us, "if ye could change yer fate...would ye?" Or I guess the better way to say it would be that until itineraries are announced, there's no guarantee that the exact same itinerary will be offered. However, with all the incredible Ports of Call in Norway, Iceland, and Scotland that Disney Cruise Line has called on in the past, I'd expect there be to be a suitable sailing that will allow you to visit countries which have served as inspiration for "Frozen," "Brave," and other Disney favorites!

I hope that helps you set a course, Leesa! If you have additional questions as you plan for your adventure "into the unknown," you can always sail my way again here at planDisney!

Until then, I wish you fair winds and following seas!
