    We are interested in camping at fort wilderness in our pop up. It is air conditioned and we have a built in kennel for our 17lb dog that we always bring with us camping. He is always kenneled inside the pop up when we leave. Is that ok with the pet policy?

    Hi Nicole and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground is such a wonderful place to stay when you’re visiting the most magical place on earth! Thanks for sending us your question. 

    I spoke to a Cast Member and she informed me that pets are not allowed to stay in the tent and pop-up camp areas of The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. However, they are allowed in RV loops and at The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort.
     
    You may want to consider a stay at The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. You and your family will have all the comforts of home, in a rustic setting! My two dogs loved their stay there this past December.
