We are interested in Animal Kingdom Lodge. The Disney website describes 2 pools: Samawati Springs (47,000 sq.ft. pool with 128ft. slide) & Uzima Pool (11,000 sq.ft. pool with 67ft. slide), but I can't find both on maps. Do they both exist for guests?

Hi, Sandy!  The Samawati pool is actually located at the Disney Vacation Club section of the resort, known as Kidani Village.  That may be why you don't see it on a map of Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Guests of either Animal Kingdom Lodge or the DVC Villas can use either the Uzima pool, located on the Animal Kingdom Lodge side, or the Samawati pool at Kidani Village.  There's a bit of a walk between the two, but you'll have a nice, refreshing swimming pool at either end to cool off after the walk!

I hope you have a great vacation!
