    If I do an instacart order, will they take the order and keep the food cold at the Disney Dolphin hotel or do I need to be there to get it?

    Hi Kelly! Welcome to planDisney! I bet you are getting excited for your Walt Disney World vacation in February! February is a wonderful time of year to visit because the weather is perfect and the crowds are low. I suggest checking out the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts while you are here. There are awesome food and beverage options (my favorite is the Artist Palette Jumbo Cookie.)

    I love having groceries delivered when I'm staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel because it saves time, money, and stress. You will be happy to hear that, upon delivery, bell services will refrigerate items that require chilling. You do not have to be present when your groceries arrive.

    You have a few options for your grocery delivery. You can request that your groceries be held at bell services at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel until you arrive (and they will chill your cold items in the Bell Services fridge.) You can then pick up your items from the Front Desk when you arrive. Another option is for bell services to bring the groceries directly to your room. Please note that there is a $6 delivery fee that will be charged to your room account for each grocery order delivery brought to your room by bell services or luggage assistance. If you pick the items up yourself from the resort lobby, you will not be charged this fee.

    I also want to suggest that while you are staying at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, which is located in Disney's Boardwalk area, make sure to check out Board Walk Ice Cream! The brownie sundae is absolutely amazing!
