I want to have instacart delivered to my hotel on my arrival day. Do I have to be there to receive the order? If not will the front desk hold cold items?

    Hi, Rachel!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for bringing us your wonderful questions!

Grocery pick-up in the resort lobby is still complimentary. You do not have to be present at the resort for most deliveries. Bell Services can accept your Instacart items and store them until your arrival. They are very good at it and even have a refrigerated area for cold products.

There is now a $6 fee for groceries delivered to Guest rooms. Guests must be present to receive the items in their room so that they can ensure these are stored properly. The $6 fee does not include gratuity and it is charged to the Guest’s folio, which means it will be charged to the credit card associated with the room reservation.

Pro Tip: Let Instacart know whether you prefer your items to be received and stored by Bell Services by adding a note when you order.

Rachel, make sure to have your phone with you in case Instacart needs to contact you to ask about substitutions and such.

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
