Do you have in/out priviliges on a magic your way base ticket. Meaning, if we went to Magic Kingdom in the morning, left at dinner and wanted to go back for fireworks at night, could we?

Hi, Sandra!  You are free to come and go as you please!  If you go to the Magic Kingdom in the morning, and decide to leave at any point during the day, you can come back to the Magic Kingdom at any time alter that same day on the same ticket.

Unless you add a park hopper option, you won't be able to visit a different them park on the same day, but you can absolutely return to the one you start with in the morning.  This certainly makes it convenient for parents who like to give their children a bit of down time or pool time.  It also helps if you want to make a dining reservation somewhere other than the park you're in.

The only exception to this would be if the park fills to capacity.  During very busy holiday periods, you might run into a park having to close to new guests because they have reached park capacity.  In this case, it wouldn't matter if you were there earlier in the day.  They cannot grant you access again if the park is already full.  This is a rare occurrence, and you would usually only run into this on days like Christmas or Christmas Eve, and perhaps on July fourth.

    Have a great vacation!
