This is such an informative panel, you all do a wonderful job. Read your response about giving your phone number & having all your ADRs printed out. I don't know what phone number was given, our travel agent made some of our ADR and I made some. HEL

Relax, there are many ways Disney can find your reservations, by your room reservation number (if you've given it to them), by your phone number or even by your name. I mention the phone number because people always know that by heart and there is not the opportunity of duplication as there would be for a name. (I have a common last name and have on more than once at WDW been given another party's package or even directed to the wrong room because I had the same name as another group.)

Since you have multiple reservations, the easiest thing for you to do would be to sort it all out BEFORE your trip. This happens to me almost every trip: I make some dining  reservations, hubby (who has a different last name) makes some reservations, my parents (whom we sometimes travel with) make some reservations, or we're meeting friends for dinner and they've made the reservations, and before you know it, you have a big, confusing mess. To get this all under control what we do is create a spreadsheet of our dining reservations for our trip to bring with us. (In fact hubby was working on this for our November trip just last night.) Gather everyone's information and little slips of scribbled confirmation numbers, get them all in one place, and put them in date and meal order.

If you don't have all the information you need to do this, then you have to find it. Call your travel agent and ask how the reservations were made. Often travel agents will be able to provide you with a printout of everything they've done with the entire itinerary and confirmation numbers. If you can't remember what you yourself did, then get on the phone with Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE and describe your situation. They will stay on the phone with you for as long as you like trying different methods of finding your dining reservations (room reservation number, various phone numbers) until they find all the meals you've booked. Once you have all your data, you can put it in a master list for your trip.

    Happy dining!
